First General Meeting 2020 - 1: Kwiltedoor

The conclusion of our Kwiltedoor competition was held during the meeting.  The two participating teams, Stukkies and Sterre, started at 07h00 with the huge task of finishing up a quilt each from the qualifying blocks stitched during the previous rounds.

The Stukkies team from left to right are Ina Beukes, Charlotte Naudé and Johanna Engelbrecht.

And then it was time to choose a winner, not an easy task at all with two such competent quilting teams.  At stake was a weekend away as well as this beautiful trophy.

Final General Meeting of 2019 - 3: Kwiltedoor

After the conclusion of the General Meeting, it was time for the next round of Kwiltedoor.

and supplies handed out by Nelia Venter, 

it was time to put the thinking caps on and start planning and stitching.

After the allocated 3 hours, these 6 beautiful blocks were ready for judging.
