Okay people, I have no idea why you'd want to make this and where it would be used. I am not that clever to think up some quirky story to give a reason but then you girls out there are smart and I'm sure someone will find a use. I am placing this because I think it is pretty, so there, I've made up my mind, don't confuse me with facts!
